Carla McMenamy

Carla McMenamy, a licensed Physical Therapist and Certified Hand Therapist (CHT), as well as a certified Pilates Instructor, graduated from UMDNJ-Rutgers. With over 20 years of experience in outpatient physical therapy. Carla has treated a diverse range of patients, including post-surgery recovery, injured athletes, weekend warriors, geriatrics, and adolescents. Carla’s dedication to quality one-on-one care led her to found Pilates Therapy PT, where she focuses on assisting clients in achieving their individual health and wellness goals.
